The fifth edition of New York's Colombian film fest will include documentaries, features and shorts. Here's the opening night film:

Perros
Misael is imprisoned for a crime of passion. During his confinement, he is abused and humiliated by guards and other prisoners. He also is blamed and forgotten by his loved ones. Misael, lonely and abandoned, finds affection and tenderness in Sarna, the prison dog.
