El Canto del Colibrí is an intimate testimonial of a group of Latino immigrant fathers who find acceptance and love for their LGBTQ children in the face of personal hardship, faith, and expectations of machismo culture. Marco Castro-Bojorquez's film is an intentionally challenging conversation between Latino fathers in the U.S. and their LGBTQ children.
