In the last five years one million Mexicans living in the US have returned to Mexico for a variety of reasons. Una Vida, Dos Países shares some of the stories of those living between two countries, cultures, languages and education systems. The film will have an accompanying curriculum for secondary schools in the US and Mexico and is a tool to learn about how migration and economic policies - or the absence of them - impact the lives and opportunities of so many.
New York: March 24 at CCNY. Free and open to the public. A panel discussion will follow the screening.
