Sandra Werneck revisits the characters and alphabetically arranged scenes of her box-office smash “Little Book of Love” (1996) in this stand-alone film. Luiza is now married to Alex with whom she had a son; her romantic interest in that first film, Gabriel, is now going out with the much younger Jacqueline. Their old romance is rekindled when they unexpectedly run into each other at a friend’s funeral. Meanwhile, Alice, Gabriel’s daughter from his first marriage, becomes entangled in a rather complicated ménage à trois.
