The thirty-first edition of the Chicago Latino Film Festival, presented by the International Latino Cultural Center, is scheduled for April 9 - 23, 2015.  As always, they bring a full slate of films from all over Latin America and the United States. Highlights include:

A case of mistaken identity becomes a living nightmare when a young actress finds herself relentlessly assailed by debt collectors, in this Kafkaesque fable for the information age.

Encadenados (Chain), Peru
Everything is connected in this world. Encadenados consists of 10 interconnected stories of people who are all share one characteristic: fear of freedom.
