Ruben Salazar: Man in the Middle, an award winning PBS documentary by Phillip Rodriguez, examines the life and death of this pioneering journalist, killed under mysterious circumstances by a law enforcement officer in 1970. At the heart of the story is Salazar's transformation from a mainstream, establishment reporter to primary chronicler and supporter of the radical Chicano movement.

Ruben Salazar: Man in the Middle will screen at the City College of San Francisco on Monday, December 8, 2014 at 6:30 PM. Filmmaker Phillip Rodriguez will be in attendance for a post screening Q&A and a meet and greet directly following the discussion. This screening is being co-sponsored by the Department of Journalism and Latino/Latina Studies at the City College of San Francisco and is completely free of charge.
