CineArte is a three-day festival that includes an art exhibit featuring 10-12 local artists, outdoor music featuring local musicians, and a film festival including two series of short films, one focusing on lesbian subjects and one on shorts about gay men.  There's also an opening night film, Bruising for Besos, about a charismatic Xicana lesbian who seduces an alluring Puerto Rican woman, only to find herself recreating her tumultuous past.
